Truly enjoyed Bordeaux, the hotel was quaint in the city center. The staff was very pleasant and gave some great recommendations.

The hotel was fairly clean based in a classic style building with very pleasant staff. I was happy, the standard double room I booked came with views to the Theatre, a double bed.

Good location
No reception in the hotel. You have to book in etc. in another hotel round the corner which is not convienient. Small room.

The depressing and small room, the uncomfortable bed, the locked door at 9 pm at nite and the manager wanted us to get the key around the corner with our bags and was grouchy when he had to come and wasnt very helpful.

This hotel does not have a reception. You have to go to another hotel just around the corner. This should have been made clear on the booking. The staff at the other hotel were good, but when you ring the door at the hotel you have booked and are told to go to another hotel you have never heard of and a name you cannot understand, with a car double parked, it is not a comfortable welcome.

Well-located near opera house & shopping street. Elevator available. Front desk shared with neighboring hotel. Comfortable beds and good pillow selection. Easy access to public transportation. Many nearby dining options. Friendly & helpful staff with good English skills. a good basic hotel in classic French style.
